The St. Aloysius Parish Religious Education Program offers religious instruction to children in grades 1-6, according to the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. When your child was baptized, you accepted the awesome responsibility of raising him/her in the Faith. The Religious Education Program is meant to help you on this journey. We currently have 300 students and 18 catechists. Parents and older children are encouraged to volunteer as substitute catechists, classroom aides, hall monitors, parking lot attendants and office helpers. Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:45 PM, beginning the 3rd week of September and ending the 1st week of May. For further information, please contact Mary Ellen Lees.
